Zwei neue bipolare Koagulationsfasszangen für die Laparoskopie

Zusammenfassung

Zur Verbesserung der Versagerquote der laparoskopischen Tubensterilisation durch bipolare Koagulation sowie der Effizienz der Hämostase durch Gefäßkoagulation wurde eine neue Koagulationsfasszange mit veränderter Zangenfläche, manuell kontrollierbarer Kompression und Fixierung des Gewebes mittels Dorn entwickelt.

Abstract

A new coagulation forceps has been developed to reduce the failure rate after laparoscopic tubal sterilization using bipolar coagulation and to improve hemostasis through the coagulation of vessels. The forceps' branches used to grasp the tissue have a different surface, compression can be controlled manually and the tissue fixated with a pin.
