Integrierte Versorgungsprojekte im Suchtbereich

Zusammenfassung

Der § 140 SGB V dient als gesetzliche Vorgabe, um integrierte Versorgungsnetze zu entwickeln und diese direkt mit den Krankenkassen als Kostenträger zu verhandeln. Ziel ist u. a. die Vernetzung von stationären und ambulanten Therapieangeboten, um vorhandene Ressourcen besser zu nutzen und qualitativ hochwertige und trotzdem kostengünstige Behandlungsmodelle zu schaffen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll die Rationale und die praktische Struktur eines integrierten Versorgungsvertrages über einen individualisierten, interdisziplinären, qualifizierten ambulanten bzw. teilstationären Alkoholentzug dargestellt und im Rahmen der allgemeinen Erfahrungen mit Möglichkeiten der Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Versorgungsmodelle im Suchtbereich diskutiert werden.

Abstract

§ 140 SGB V is the legal basis for the development of integrated medical care structures in Germany and to carry on negotiations directly about these concepts directly with the health insurances. The main goal is a cross-linking of outpatient and inpatient treatment systems, which are strictly separated in Germany regarding financial support, in order to receive a higher efficiency of the available capabilities and to increase quality of medical supply by reducing cost at the same time. We present the rationale and the practical implementation of an integrated medical care model about individualized, interdisciplinary, qualified outpatient alcohol withdrawal treatment and discuss the project by considering general possibilities of development and implementation of integrated medical care models in addiction medicine.
