Pränatale Diagnose einer fetalen Polymikrogyrie - Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung

Störungen der Migration der fetalen Neurone sind seltene Veränderungen, welche im Normalfall erst post-partal erkannt werden und schwerwiegende neurologische Entwicklungsstörungen zur Folge haben können. Wir berichten über einen Fall von einseitiger Polymikrogyrie in Kombination mit Hemihypoplasie des Gehirns, welcher durch Vagi-nalsonographie in der 23. SSW entdeckt wurde und zur Ab-ruptio graviditatis führte. Nach unserer Kenntnis handelt es sich um die erste Fallbeschreibung von präpartaler vaginalso-nographischer Diagnose einer solchen Störung.

Abstract

Migration disorders of foetal neurons arc rare conditions which are normally diagnosed after birth and may be followed by severe alterations of neurological development. We describe a case of foetal hemilateral polymicrogyria in combination with hemihypoplasia of the brain, the Symptoms of which were diagnosed in the 23rd week of pregnancy, lea-ding to termination of pregnancy. To the best of our knowl-edge, this is the first case report of antcnatal diagnosis of this disorder by vaginal sonography.
