Zusammenfassung
Vaginalsonographische Untersuchungen des fetalen Gehirns im zweiten und dritten Trimcnon der Schwangerschaft werden dargestellt in koronaren und sagittalen Schnitten. Auf diesem Weg ist es möglich, das Zentralnervensystem in gleicher Weise abzubilden wie in der postnatalen Fontanellen-Sonographie.
Abstract
Transvaginal sonographic imaging of the letal brain performed in the second and third trimestcr of pregnancy is presented. By this technique coronal and sagittal sections of the central nervous System can be obtained wich are similar to those performed via cranial sonography postnatally.
