Vorgestellt wird der Fall einer Patientin, bei der wir sonographisch einen großen
echoarmen Prozeß im Pankreaskopf nachwiesen, der Malignitätskriterien besaß. In der
anschließenden ERP erwies sich der Tumor als Duodenaldivertikel.
We present the case of a female patient in whom we found echographically an area of
poor response in the head of the pancreas. This area showed criteria of malignancy
and appeared like a tumour. The following ERP identified the tumour as a diverticulum
of the duodenum.
