Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Verwendung eines echofreien Silikonblocks anstelle einer herkömmlichen Wasservorlaufstrecke zur sonographischen Exploration oberflächlich gelegener Läsionen geschildert.

Der Block ist einfach in der Handhabung, Störungen des Nahfeldes lassen sich ausschalten.

Abstract

The use of an echo-free silicone block instead of a conventional water bath to assess superficial struetures is described. The block is easy to handle; echo reverberations can be avoided.
