Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Sonographiebefunde eines großen Mesenteriallymphangioms eines 62 Jahre alten Patienten berichtet, bei dem durch eine Einblutung in das Lymphangiom ein akutes Abdomen entstanden war.

Abstract

The ultrasonic findings of a large mesentreric lymphangioma in a man of 62 years of age are reported. Haemorrhage in some of the cystic spaces of the lymphangioma had caused an acute abdomen.
