Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 20 Fälle genitaler Anomalien und ovarieller Raumforderungen im Kindesalter berichtet. Die normale und pathologische Sono-Morphologie von Ovar, Uterus und Vagina wird dargestellt. Neue Indikationen zur sonographischen Diagnostik des inneren weiblichen Genitales werden aufgezeigt.

Abstract

The article reports on 20 cases of genital anomalies and ovary tumours in children and shows that normal and pathological morphology of the ovaries, the uterus and the vagina can be demonstrated via sonography. New indications for pelvic sonography in paediatric patients are given.
