Ein neues Verfahren zur endoskopischen Anwendung der A-Bild-Sonographie

Zusammenfassung

Die Schwierigkeiten im Nachweis der Penetrationstiefe von Harnblasentumoren führten zur Entwicklung einer eigenen Ultraschallmethode, da die bisher bekannten Verfahren nur unbefriedigende Ergebnisse lieferten. Es handelt sich um eine transurethral unter Sicht einführbare und mit einem Albarran-Lenkhebel steuerbare Ultraschallsonde. Diese arbeitet mit 8 MHz in der A-Scan-Technik. Die hohe Auflösung ermöglicht eine Darstellung der Feinstruktur des Gewebes und damit eine Abgrenzung eines infiltrierend wachsenden Tumors.

Abstract

The difficulty in demonstrating the penetration depth of urinary bladder tumors led to the development of a special Ultrasonic method since the methods that have been employed hitherto did merely furnish unsatisfying results. It is a question of a ultrasonic probe which may be inserted transurethrally under Visualcontrol and may be moved by way of an Albarran lever. The probe is operated by 8 MHz in the A-scan-technique. The resolving power which is most favourable allows the display of the tissue's fine structure and thus demarcation of an infiltrating tumor is possible.
