Zusammenfassung

Als Zufallsbefund wurde in der 34. Schwangerschaftswoche eine solitäre, intrakranielle Zyste von 1,8 cm Durchmesser (3,0 cm in der 37. Schwangerschaftswoche) ultrasonographisch diagnostiziert. Postpartal wurde der Befund durch eine Ultraschall- und Computertomographieuntersuchung bestätigt. Das Kind war bei der Geburt und bei der letzten Kontrolle mit 3 Monaten neurologisch unauffällig.

Abstract

During a routine ultrasound examination at 34 weeks a solitary intracranial cyst 1.8 cm in diameter was diagnosed which increased to 3.0 cm with 37 weeks. This finding was confirmed after delivery with ultrasound and Computer tomography. At birth the infant appeared normal and the last neurological examination at 3 months age revealed no pathological findings.
