Das sonographische Bild einer ungewöhnlichen intrahepatisch gelegenen Gallenwegszyste

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 8 Monate alten Säugling, bei dem eine intrahepatische Zyste ventral und kranial der Gallenblase, bei fehlender Cholangiektasie, festgestellt wurde. Die endgültige Diagnose einer Gallengangszyste wurde intraoperativ gestellt. Die mögliche Ätiologie, die nicht-invasive Diagnostik sowie die sonographische Differentialdiagnose werden diskutiert. Weiters wird die Sonographie als Methode der Wahl bei der Beurteilung von intra- und extrahepatischen Zysten und den Gallengängen besprochen.

Abstract

An intrahepatic cyst was found ventral and cranial to the gallbladder without choliangectasy in an infant of 8 months of age. Final diagnosis of a bile duct cyst was arrived at intraoperatively. The article discusses the possible aetiology, non-invasive diagnosis and sonographic differential diagnosis. Sonography is discussed as the method of choice in assessing intrahepatic and extra-hepatic cysts and the bile ducts.
