Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines klinischen Falles wird die Rolle der Sonographieuntersuchung bei Echinokokken-Cholangitis unterstrichen. Durch Perforation der zystischen Echinokokkose der Leber in die Gallenwege entsteht das klinische Bild einer akuten Cholangitis, die schwer von dem einer Choledocholithiasis abzugrenzen ist. Durch Sonographieuntersuchung wurde die richtige Diagnose gestellt und intraoperativ bestätigt. Es wird auf die Bedeutung der Notfall-Sonographieuntersuchung bei Schwerkranken hingewiesen.

Abstract

The role of sonographie examination in echinococcal cholangitis is stressed based on a clinical case. Due to Perforation of the hepatic hydatid cyst into the bile duets the clinical picture of acute cholangitis occured, this being difficult to differentiate from that of choledochal stones. The correct diagnosis was made by sonographie examination and was confirmed intraoperatively. The importance of emergency sonographie examination in severely ill patients is stressed.
