Zusammenfassung
Ein entscheidendes Prognosekriterium für die 5-Jahres-Überlebensrate beim Endometriumkarzinom ist neben dem Grading-Parameter die Infiltrationstiefe des Karzinoms. Mit der Vaginosonographie gelingt es, die Myo-metriuminvasion auch bei Frauen, die einer primären Bestrahlung zugeführt werden, zu erfassen. Von 25 Frauen ergab der histologische Befund das Vorliegen eines Adenokarzinoms vom Typ Ib, G2, sonographisch konnten bei diesen 8 Frauen unterschiedlichste Myome-triuminfiltrationen festgestellt werden (von 1 Drittel bis 3 Drittel). Mit Hilfe der Vaginosonographie gelingt es, ein Indikationskriterium für eine zusätzliche Teleko-baltbestrahlung bei Patientinnen mit einer primären Ir-radiatio zu erstellen.
Abstract
Besides the grading parameters, another decisive crite-rion of prognosis for the 5year survival rate of the endometrium carcinoma is the depth of infiltration of the carcinoma. It is possible to detect by vaginal sonography an invasion of the myometrium even in women who subjected to primary irradiation. In 8 out of 25 women the histological findings showed an adenocarci-noma type Ib, G2, where the degrees of infiltration of the myometrium that were diagnosed sonographically, varied from one - third to three - thirds. Using vaginal sonography it is possible to provide a criterion of indica-tion for additional irradiation with telecobalt in patients undergoing primary irradiation.
