Summary

A lesion of the N. cutaneus surae lateralis due to a compression by a fascia in the area of the head of the fibula is described. The major symptom was persisting pain at the lateral side of the thigh.

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über eine isolierte Kompressionsneuropathie des Nervus cutaneus surae lateralis durch einen Faszienstrang in Höhe des Fibulaköpfchens als Ursache hartnäckiger Schmerzen an der Außenseite des Unterschenkels.
