Zusammenfassung

43 Patienten, bei denen eine Herztransplantation durchgeführt worden war, wurden auf das Vorliegen peripherer Nervenschäden untersucht. In 7 Fällen fanden sich schmerzlos aufgetretene Mononeuropathien, zum Teil vom Multiplex-Typ, in 2 Fällen lagen Polyneuropathien vor. Anhand der vorliegenden Daten werden die möglichen Ursachen dieser Neuropathien diskutiert.

Summary

43 heart transplant patients were examined for peripheral neuropathy. In 7 of these patients painless mono-neuropathies were found, in some cases as mononeuritis multiplex. 2 patients presented with polyneuropathies. Potential causes of these neuropathies are discussed on the basis of the available clinical data.
