Syndrom der A. sulcocommissuralis - ein Beitrag zur Pathologie der spinalen Durchblutung

Zusammenfassung

Anhand einer eigenen klinischen Beobachtung wird das Syndrom der Arteria sulcocommissuralis erläutert. Es liegt bei der Patientin ein Brown-Sequard-Syndrom ohne Beteiligung der Hinterstränge auf Höhe C3/4 vor. Es werden die differentialdiagnostischen Möglichkeiten erläutert. Darüber hinaus wird abschließend eine Einordnung der Kasuistik unter ätiopathogenetischen Gesichtspunkten vorgenommen.

Summary

Basing on a recent clinical observation the syndrome of the A. sulcocommissuralis is explained. We found a Brown-Séquard syndrome without lesion of the gracilis and cuneate fasciculi of the spinal cord on the level of C3/4. The diagnostic problems are discussed and the clinical case ist reviewed from an aetiopathogenetic aspect.
