Der Fall eines bilateralen gemistozytischen Astrozytoms des Großhirns wird in Pathologie
und Klinik vorgestellt. Die morphologischen und klinischen Besonderheiten, insbesondere
die Schwierigkeiten der klinischen Differentialdiagnose, werden dargestellt.
Summary
A case of a bilateral gemistocytic astrocytoma of the cerebral hemispheres is presented
by pathological and clinical findings. With regard to morphology as well as clinical
signs and findings, the case shows several special features; in particular, there
are problems in clinical differential diagnosis. These aspects are described and discussed.
