Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall eines Schädelhirntraumas nach Schußverletzung im Jahre 1944 und der Krankheitsverlauf bis zur Operation eines Glioms an gleicher Stelle 1984 berichtet. Obwohl in der derzeitigen Diskussion eine traumatische Genese eines Glioms verneint wird, muß dieses hier dringend diskutiert werden.

Summary

A case of a severe head injury caused by a gun missile in 1944 is reported as well as the history of the patient up to the operation of a glioma at the same site in 1984. Although trauma as a reason for glioma is rejected in present-day literature, this possibility must be urgently considered in this particular case.
