Zusammenfassung
Bei histologisch gesicherter, generalisierter Sarkoidose ist es naheliegend, fokale neurologische Ausfälle auf einen lokalen Sarkoidosebefall des Zentralnervensystems zu beziehen. An dem hier vorgestellten Fall soll daran erinnert werden, dass es auch bei umfassender Diagnostik ohne Histologie des Lokalbefundes zu Fehlschlüssen kommen kann.
Summary
In histologically confirmed generalised sarcoidosis it is logical to attribute focal neurological signs to a local involvement of the CNS with sarcoidosis.
The case presented here is a reminder that wrong conclusions are certainly possible notwithstanding comprehensive diagnostic measures if histology of the local finding is neglected.
