Zusammenfassung
Abhängig von der Lokalisation der obstruktiven Gefäßläsion innerhalb des vertebrobasilären Systems werden die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten einer Hirnrevaskularisationsoperation zum Posteriorkreislauf dargestellt.
Indikation, Operationstechnik sowie Ergebnisse der A. occipitalis - A. cerebellaris inferior posterior - Anastomose werden dann am Beispiel einer Gruppe von 12 Patienten mit einer vertebrobasilären Insuffizienz aufgrund einer hochsitzenden Läsion der A. vertebralis präsentiert.
Summary
Depending on the localisation of obstructive lesions within the vertebrovasilar system various procedures for revascularization of the posterior brain circulation are described.
Based on a group of 12 patients presenting with vertebrobasilar insufficiency due to an obstructive lesion of the vertebral artery the indication, the operative technique and the results of OA to PICA-anastomosis are then presented.
