Zusammenfassung
Anhand einer jungen Patientin mit einem Kleinhirninfarkt bei einem Mitralklappenprolaps (MKP) mit zusätzlicher Aneurysmabildung wird die klinische, diagnostische und therapeutische Problematik von ischämischen zerebrovaskulären Störungen bei Patienten mit MKP dargestellt.
Summary
The article reports on a 23-year old woman with cerebellar stroke and mitral valve prolapse (MVP) complicated by an additional aneurysm with thrombotic masses. The clinical, diagnostical and therapeutical problems of ischaemic cerebrovascular disturbances in patients with MVP are discussed.
