Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine 39jährige Frau berichtet, bei der eine Livedo racemosa multiplen Hirninfarkten vorausging. Beim Fehlen von Gefäßrisikofaktoren fanden sich in der Zusatzdiagnostik multiple Hinweise für einen peripheren Gefäßprozeß. Dieser wurde histologisch als Angiitis identifiziert.

Summary

The article reports on a 39 year old woman in whom a Livedo racemosa precursed multiple ischemic infarcts of the brain. We found multiple hints for a process of the peripheral arteries. This process was histologically identified as angiitis.
