Mann und Frau – Die Konstitution des Geschlechts im 4-Elemente-Denkmodell

Zusammenfassung

In der geschlechtsreifen Zeit prägen die Sexualhormone den Menschen polar, entweder auf das männliche oder weibliche Prinzip. Im 4-Elemente-Denkmodell sind dies Luft-Erde für den Mann und Feuer-Wasser für die Frau. Diese hormonbedingte Energieartverteilung bringt zwar primär typische Körperformen hervor, aber auch eine Polarisierung in der Zelle-Milieu-Regulation sowie in Verhaltensstrukturen und seelischen Reaktionsweisen.

Die Relation zwischen den Sexualhormonen kann bei jedem deutlich anders aussehen und hinterlässt damit auch verschiedene Ausprägungen der Geschlechtskonstitution. Kommt es zu klimakterischen Beschwerden, ist dies ein sicheres Zeichen, dass die Hormone eine wichtige Ausgleichsfunktion hatten. Eine Hormonersatztherapie sollte dann individuell angepasst und ausschließlich in naturidentischer Form erfolgen.

Abstract

In the pubescent time, the sexual hormones condition the human being in a polar way, either to the male or the female principle. In the four element hypothesis it is air and earth for the man, and fire and water for the woman. This hormone-related distribution of the type of energy primarily produces typical body shapes, but also a polarization in the regulation of cell and milieu as well as in behavior structures and emotional modes of reaction.

The relation between the sexual hormones can be markedly different for every individual person and therefore also shows a different shaping of the sexual constitution. If climacteric discomforts occur, this is an obvious indication, that the hormones had an important balancing function. A hormone replacement therapy should be adapted individually in this case, and should be carried out exclusively in a nature-identical form.
