Ethisches Reasoning und diversitätssensibles Handeln in der Sprachtherapie

Zunehmende gesellschaftliche Vielfalt erfordert einen kompetenten Umgang mit sprachlich-kultureller Diversität im sprachtherapeutischen Berufsalltag. Innerhalb des Clinical Reasonings bietet das Ethische Reasoning Möglichkeiten zur systematischen Erfassung und Bewertung von unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und bestehenden Konflikten und trägt zum diversitätssensiblen professionellen Handeln bei. In der praktischen Anwendung kann auf logisch strukturierte Prozessmodelle zurückgegriffen werden.

Abstract

Increasing societal diversity requires competent dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity in speech therapists‘ professional routine. In clinical reasoning, ethical reasoning provides possibilities to systematically capture and assess different perspectives and existing conflicts and contributes to diversity-sensitive professional services. Logically structured process models can be used for its practical implementation.
