Echsen stellen den Tierarzt aufgrund ihrer Physiologie und der unterschiedlichen Lebensweise vor eine besondere Herausforderung. Häufig zeigen diese Patienten wenig klinische Symptomatik, sodass eine Blutuntersuchung wichtige Informationen liefern kann.
