Zusammenfassung
Die große Bedeutung degenerativer Erkrankungen des epifaszialen Venensystems
liegt in der Beeinträchtigung des Alltagslebens so vieler Menschen, dass man sie
berechtigt als Volkskrankheit bezeichnen darf. In diesem Artikel sollen zunächst
der Standard in der Diagnostik und die konservative Therapie klinischpraktisch
beschrieben werden, während sich ein 2. Teil dann den invasiven Therapiemethoden
widmen wird.
Abstract
The great importance of degenerative diseases of the epifascial venous system
lies in the impairment of the everyday life of so many people, that they are
entitled to be designated as a widespread disease. In this article, first the
standards in diagnostics and conservative therapy are described from a practical
point of view. A 2nd part then will be dedicated to the invasive methods of
therapy.
