Der gynäkologische Notfall – Teil 1: Präsentationssymptom unklares Abdomen

Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel stellt das typische Präsentationssymptom des gynäkologischen Notfalls – das unklare Abdomen der Frau – anhand von Szenarien aus dem prä- und innerklinischen Bereich vor. Die genaue Notfallanamnese und -untersuchung werden für die gynäkologische Patientin modifiziert. Wichtige Differenzialdiagnosen des unklaren Abdomens sowie weitere gynäkologische Notfallszenarien, wie z.B. genitales Trauma, werden in den kommenden Ausgaben erläutert.

Abstract

Gynecological emergencies are rare situations for the emergency physician in the prehospital setting and in the emergency department. This article presents relevant emergencies of gynecology. Part 1 describes the common presentation or leading symptom: lower abdominal pain of the woman. The exact emergency history and examination are presented in a modified way. The aim is to provide a structured approach to deal with these patients.
