Neurophysiologische Defizite und deren Therapie bei Multipler Sklerose
Die Neurophysiologie stellt in der Diagnostik der Multiplen Sklerose eine wichtige Ergänzung dar. Sie zeigt Defizite schon zu Beginn der Erkrankung auf und ermöglicht im Verlauf die Abschätzung der Progredienz. Daneben eröffnet sie auch perspektivisch therapeutische Ansätze in Kombination mit etablierten Therapien der Physiotherapie oder Psychotherapie.
