Präklinische Versorgung von Schuss- und Explosionsverletzungen

Schuss- und Explosionsverletzungen sind äußerst selten im Rettungsdienst. Im Rahmen der zunehmenden Bedrohung durch terroristische Anschläge rückt jedoch auch die Möglichkeit dieser Traumata in den Fokus. Dieser Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über die verschiedenen Entitäten und die entsprechenden Behandlungsprinzipien von penetrierenden Verletzungen.
