Die hier vorliegende Arbeit zeigt den aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft zur Thematik „Spondylodiszitis – Diagnostik und Therapie“, orientiert an der kürzlich erschienenen Leitlinie Spondylodiszitis (S2K) (Registernummer 151–001, Diagnostik und Therapie der Spondylodiszitis S2K, https://www.awmf.org/leitlinien/detail/ll/151-001.html) mit Fokus auf die Notfallsituation sowie das präklinische und klinische Management.
SUMMARY
This paper presents the current state of the art on the topic “Spondylodiscitis – Diagnosis and Therapy”, in particular based on the recently published German guideline Spondylodiscitis (S2K) (registration number 151–001, Diagnosis and Therapy of Spondylodiscitis S2K, https://www.awmf.org/leitlinien/detail/ll/151-001.html) focusing on the treatment strategy in emergency situations as well as on preclinical and clinical management.
