Die komplexe posttraumatische Belastungsstörung: Diagnostik und Therapie

Schwere und wiederholte Traumatisierungen können zu Beschwerden führen, die über die Symptome der posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS) hinausgehen. Um sie angemessen zu beschreiben, wurde in die letzte Revision der Internationalen statistischen Klassifikation der Krankheiten (ICD-11) die komplexe posttraumatische Belastungsstörung (KPTBS) aufgenommen. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über diese neue Diagnose und Möglichkeiten der Behandlung.
