History

We report on a case of a 56-year-old male complaining of an unsatisfactory visual outcome with visual artifacts such as halos and dysphotopsia in both eyes since a cataract surgery with aspheric refractive multifocal lens implantation (AMO ReZoom NXG1, + 19.5 D in both eyes) 7 years earlier. The refraction in the eyes before the intraocular lens (IOL) exchange was + 0.5/− 1.00/13° and + 0.0/− 1.00/113° in the right and left eye, respectively.
