Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 67jährigen Patienten, bei dem eine avaskuläre Knochennekrose des Kopfes des dritten Mittelhandknochens mittels Knorpel-Knochen-Transplantat aus dem resezierten ipsilateralen Os pisiforme behandelt wurde.

Abstract

We report a case of a 67-year-old patient with avascular necrosis of the metacarpal head of the right middle finger reconstructed using an osteochondral autograft from the ipsilateral os pisiforme.
