Hintergrund

Als Ursache neuroophthalmologischer Symptome im Zusammenhang mit einer SARS-CoV-2-Infektion werden eine zentralnervöse Beteiligung, ein Endothelschaden oder postentzündliche neurotoxische Effekte diskutiert [1]. Wir stellen den Fall einer Patientin mit einer Pupillenfunktionsstörung vor, die im Anschluss an eine COVID-19-Erkrankung beobachtet wurde.
