Der Einfluss von Vitaminen auf das Darmmikrobiom

Das Darmmikrobiom ist ein komplexes Ökosystem von Mikroorganismen, das sich besonders im unteren Magen-Darm-Trakt befindet. Es besteht aus Bakterien, Viren, Protozoen und Pilzen und ist für die menschliche Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden von entscheidender Bedeutung. Faktoren wie Gene, Alter, Umwelt und die Ernährung beeinflussen die Zusammensetzung des Mikrobioms. Neue Daten zeigen, dass auch Vitamine hier eine förderliche Rolle spielen.
