Die Symptomatik beim Post-Covid-Syndrom ist breitgefächert. Neben den typischen Atembeschwerden zeigen sich muskuläre, neuropathische, kognitive oder vegetative Störungen sowie das Chronische Fatigue-Syndrom. Silke Filipovic und Maike Klose erklären die Symptomvielfalt anhand von Anatomie und Physiologie. Für das Erkennen der Leitsymptomatik helfen eine fundierte Anamnese sowie einfache Tests und Assessments. Die Rehabilitation fokussiert patientenspezifische Defizite.
