Eisenmangel – Luftnot im Gewebe

Eisen ist die Voraussetzung für den Sauerstofftransport von der Lunge zu den Zellen. Ein Eisenmangel geht mit einer Vielzahl von Beschwerden einher. Für die Therapie entscheidend ist, ob der Eisenmangel bereits zu einer Abnahme des eisenhaltigen Hämoglobins geführt hat.
