Psychotherapie bei Somatischer Belastungsstörung

Die Somatische Belastungsstörung (SBS) wird als ein biopsychosoziales Phänomen im Überschneidungsbereich verschiedener Disziplinen, einschließlich Psychologie und Medizin, angesehen. Eine Behandlung kann nur erfolgreich sein, wenn die Störung aus verschiedenen – u. a. medizinischen und psychologischen – Perspektiven betrachtet wird. Als Teil eines interdisziplinären Behandlungsansatzes spielen psychotherapeutische Verfahren eine führende Rolle.
