Sentinel-Lymphknoten-Biopsie – Schritt für Schritt

Die Detektion und Darstellung des Sentinel-Lymphknotens ist eine etablierte Methode in der Diagnostik des Mammakarzinoms. Radioaktive Tracer oder auch Farbstoffe werden zur Visualisierung der Lymphknoten eingesetzt. Der folgende Beitrag führt Schritt für Schritt durch eine Sentinel-Lymphknoten-Biopsie. Dabei werden die Vorteile der Verwendung von Indocyaningrün deutlich.
