Cross-Bracing-Protokoll für die native Heilung des vorderen Kreuzbandes

Das derzeitige Management von VKB-Verletzungen basiert auf der Annahme, dass das VKB eine schlechte Heilungskapazität besitzt. Das Cross-Bracing-Protokoll in Kombination mit einer trainingsbasierten Rehabilitation scheint dem jedoch zu widersprechen. Die bisherige Forschung dazu ist vielversprechend. Ein Zukunftsszenario wäre, anhand evidenzbasierter Kriterien zu klassifizieren, wer von einem Cross-Bracing, einer VKB-Rekonstruktion oder einer alleinigen nicht-operativen Rehabilitation profitiert.
