Copenhagen International Head and Neck Ultrasound Course
A two-day course on June 19–20, 2025, will provide comprehensive training in head and neck ultrasound and ultrasound-guided intervention skills. The course is held in English and designed for both experienced clinicians seeking to enhance their ultrasound expertise and trainees interested in incorporating ultrasound into their clinical practice. The target audience is ENT surgeons and other specialists interested in head and neck ultrasound, such as endocrinologists, radiologists, etc.
Participants will gain essential head and neck ultrasound skills and practice ultrasound-guided interventions, including fine-needle aspiration biopsies, core needle biopsies, and radiofrequency ablation. An international faculty will deliver thyroid, parathyroid, and neck ultrasound instruction, with approximately half of the course dedicated to hands-on training. Endorsed by the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB), the curriculum aligns with EFSUMB Levels 1 and 2 for theoretical knowledge.
