Der australische Arzt Dr. Tom Cross hat ein Therapieschema entwickelt, mit dem Risse des vorderen Kreuzbands konservativ behandelt werden können. Hockeyspielerin Meike van Haeringen hat das Cross-Bracing-Protokoll selbst ausprobiert und schildert hier ihre Erfahrungen damit.
