Digitale Achtsamkeit und Künstliche Intelligenz: Chancen und Herausforderungen in der modernen Mind-Body-Medizin

Summary

Digitale Mind-Body-Interventionen wie Achtsamkeitsprogramme können Symptome psychischer Belastungen wie Stress, Angst und Depression reduzieren. Studien zeigen ihre Wirksamkeit in verschiedenen Zielgruppen: von Krebspatient*innen bis hin zu Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen. Da die Programme flexibel und alltagsnah eingesetzt werden können, um Stress zu reduzieren und die persönliche Achtsamkeit zu fördern, sind sie insbesondere für Menschen mit begrenzten Zeitressourcen oder körperlichen Einschränkungen wertvoll. Künstliche Intelligenz und maschinelles Lernen leisten dabei einen Beitrag, die Angebote noch besser auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Nutzenden zuzuschneiden.
