Summary

Forty-six cases of cranial dermal sinus found in patients up to 16 years of age are described: forty cases are recorded from the literature, six are personal cases.

The clinical anatomical and radiological features, as well as the surgical findings of these unusual cranial congenital lesions are reviewed.

Zusammenfassung

Es werden 46 Fälle von kraniellem Dermalsinus bei Patienten bis zum Alter von 16 Jahren beschrieben, 40 Fälle aus der Literatur, 6 eigene Fälle.

Die Klinik und die Anatomie sowohl wie auch die Radiologie und Chirurgie dieser ungewöhnlichen, angeborenen kraniellen Schädigung werden besprochen.
