Tumeurs de la région précentrale à symptomatologie de «fosse cérébrale postérieure»

RÉSUMÉ

On analyse les observations de trois malades ayant présenté une Symptomatologie propre aux processus expansifs de la fosse cérébrale postérieure et qui se sont avérés cacher en fait une tumeur de la région précentrale. On discute l'influence, dans ce phénomène, de l'hypertension intracrânienne et des voies cortico-cérébelleuses et cérébello-corticales.

SUMMARY

The authors analyse the findings in three patients presenting the symptoms usually found in expanding lesions of the posterior fossa, but here caused by a tumor of the precentral region. The authors discuss the influence of intracranial hypertension and of the cortico-cerebellar and the cerebello-cortical tracts in relation to this phenomenon.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Das klinische Bild einer expansiven Läsion der hinteren Schädelgrube bei drei Patienten, die in Wirklichkeit Träger eines Tumors der präzentralen Region sind, wird analysiert. Hierbei wird die Bedeutung der intrakraniellen Hypertension und der corticocerebellaren und cerebellocorticalen Bahnen diskutiert.

Se analizan las observaciones de 3 enfermos que presentaban una sintomatología propra de los procesos expansivos de la fosa cerebral posterior pero, que, de hecho, se debía a un tumor de la región precentral. Se discute la influencia respectiva, en el determinismo de este hecho, de la hipertensión intracraneal y de las vías córtico-cerebelosas y cerebelo-corticales.
