Bilateral Serous Retinal Detachment in a Case of Preeclampsia[1]

An unusual case of a patient who developed preeclampsia in association with bilateral serous retinal detachment (RD) is presented. Emphasis is given to the fundus findings. The pathogenesis, diagnostic workup and treatment of this uncommon complication are discussed.
