Zusammenfassung

Ausleitende Verfahren gehören zu den ältesten Heilverfahren der Naturheilkunde. Ziel ist, Schadstoffe und Schmerzmediatoren aus dem Körper auszuleiten und die Regulations- und Regenerationsfähigkeit wiederherzustellen. Die Übersicht beschreibt die für das Fibromyalgiesyndrom relevanten Verfahren, die eine wirksame Ergänzung in der ganzheitlichen Therapie darstellen können.

Abstract

Draining procedures belong to the oldest treatments in naturopathy. The aim is, to drain roughage from the body, to withdraw pain mediators, and to restore the regulation and regeneration ability. The review describes the procedures relevant for the fibromyalgia syndrome, which can be an effective completion of the therapy.
