Haemophiliac Pseudotumour – Two Case Reports of Patients with Moderate Haemophilia A

Abstract

We report on two patients with haemophiliac pseudotumours who did not respond to intensified factor replacement therapy. Therefore the pseudotumours had to be removed surgically in both cases.

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei Patienten mit hämophilen Pseudotumoren vorgestellt, die auch auf eine intensivierte Substitutionsbehandlung nicht ansprachen und deshalb einer operativen Behandlung bedurften.
