Akute Rhythmusstörungen – Fallbeispiel 49

Anamnese

Ein 84-jähriger Patient synkopiert, die Ehefrau alarmiert den Rettungsdienst. Beim Eintreffen des Rettungsdienstes ist der Patient wach und ansprechbar, er sitzt, ist orientiert, kann sich aber an das Geschehen nicht mehr erinnern. Es sei eine Herzschwäche, eine arterielle Hypertonie und ein mit Tabletten behandelter Diabetes Mellitus bekannt. Schmerzen oder Atemnot werden verneint, er fühle sich lediglich „wacklig” und abgeschlagen.
