Erstes Ziel des Abdrückens nach der Kanülenentfernung ist die sichere Blutstillung, die in allen Fällen durch die breitflächige Kompression der Punktionsstelle erreicht wird. Die Analyse dieses Vorgangs zeigt weitere Aspekte, wie die unterschiedliche Gewebezunahme im Punktionsbereich durch einen dünnen oder dicken Verschlusspfropfen. Dies kann man in Einzelfällen beim etablierten Shunt zur Steuerung der plastischen Verformung einsetzen. Die postoperative Punktion eines operativ freigelegten Shuntvenensegments bleibt die seltene Ausnahme mit einer strengen Beachtung spezieller Regeln.
The first aim of the compression after cannula removal is the safe occlusion of the puncture channel which can be realized in all cases by a large compression of the puncture channel including the hole in the vessel and the skin. The analysis of this process shows additional aspects of how the tissue increases. Thereby, the plastic deformation of the shunt vein can be varied in special situations. The puncture of an operatively dissected segment of the shunt vein should generally be avoided. If this is not possible, special rules must strictly be respected.
